Introduction
Northwest Oregon Housing Authority's has been serving Clatsop, Columbia, and Tillamook counties affordable housing needs since 1976. NOHA currently provides housing and related services to approximately 847 hosueholds.
Mission
It is Northwest Oregon Housing Authority's mission to assist the residents of Clatsop, Columbia and Tillamook counties to obtain and maintain suitable and affordable housing. NOHA will accomplish this mission through programs designed to provide families, elderly, handicap and disabled individuals with rental assistance and/or to develop units that will provide affordable housing through development
