Introduction
The LBHA has been serving the affordable housing needs of Linn and Benton Counties since 1971. Currently we assist over 2200 households through the programs we administer.
Mission
The Linn-Benton Housing Authority assists people to overcome barriers to safe and affordable housing due to income, disability or special needs, increasing their opportunities, respecting their personal dignity and maintaining public trust.
Geographical Area Served
Linn and Benton Counties include the cities of Albany, Lebanon, Corvallis, Sweet Home, Scio, Harrisburg, Brownsville, Mill City, Philomath, Monroe.

- Several H.A. owned and managed projects for special needs population.
